Community Table Corner
This month marks a significant milestone for WorkIT — our 9th Anniversary. Over the past nine years, we have been fortunate to grow alongside an extraordinary community of people who have made every step of this journey worthwhile. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of you and look forward to many more years together.
The following is a poem about WorkIT written by one of our members Stephanie Ewubajo:
Where Dreams Meet Dreams
I walked through the doors looking for a place to work,
A space where ideas could breathe and inspiration could grow.
A place away from distractions,
A place where I could focus on the dreams I carry within me.
But I found something much greater.
I found a community where dreams meet dreams,
Where passion meets purpose,
And where achievements become possible.
Here at WorkIT, ideas are not just imagined,
They are nurtured, developed, and brought to life.
Many visions have started from these walls,
Many websites have been created here,
Many businesses have taken their first steps here,
And many more dreams are still waiting to unfold.
This is more than a workspace.
It is a home for innovators, creators, and entrepreneurs.
A place where people from different backgrounds come together,
Sharing ideas, building companies, and creating the future.
A place for incubators.
A place where startups grow.
A place where established companies find a home,
And where future companies will discover theirs.
Every conversation, every connection, every idea shared,
Adds another chapter to the story of this place.
Because behind every achievement is a dream,
And behind every dream is a place that believes in possibilities.
Today, we celebrate 9 incredible years of WorkIT.
We celebrate the people, the ideas, the journeys, and the resilience.
We gather, we share a potluck, we laugh, we connect, and we cheer.
Cheers to more dreams becoming reality,
More ideas becoming innovations,
More entrepreneurs finding their place,
And more years of building, creating, and believing.
