Just to keep people updated. If you havint foled your maintaince aggreement before October first, the fee per claim has gone up to $15. Just noted in Federal Register and conformed by BLM in Boise!!!!

All of us from RMMR wish all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!!!! We wish to thank all of you who have supported us this last year!!!! We have had a very successful year with several wins in federal court and at the state level. We wish to thank PLP and Mmac for all their help in many matters!!!! We also wish to thank our State Representatives, our County Commissioners and our Idaho County Sheriffs Department for all their help and their assistance in looking for Tark!!!! We wish you all a very successful New Year and Many fruitful Dredging and Mining days ahead!!! Again, Thank You for Your Support!!!!

The Epa has issued the latest draft of its nasty-gram for the South Fork of the Clearwater so be on the lookout for any letters you have to sign for!!!! In 13 it came out in Dec and 14 in Sept or Oct, I believe( didnt get one in 14) . We will be addressing this in the near future as you have 45 days to respond. A friend responded but got no reply, so the choice is yours. Please let us know if you have received one!!!!

Idaho, Coming to a River near YOU!!!! The forest service has made up a Environmental Assessment for the South Fork Clearwater, French Creek and Orogrande Creek. The problem is that they wrote a letter on the 17th of dec and published a legal notice in the lewiston Tribune on the 18th ONCE@!!!! Comments are only taken for 30 days so comments should be in the mail by the 15th of January. Folks, they tried to slip one by us again!!!! Please comment on this plot to sucker you into a Plan of Operation and a contract with the forest service!!!! Please read and research this document and state your opinion!!!!
