Three observations: First, our condolences and prayers for comfort to all who were affected by this act of violence. Second, if your school does not have both a plan and the training for that plan in place, you have big problems! Third, kudos to the North Park Elementary School and their District for having both a plan AND the means to follow it in place. Initial reports show a very good response from the school to a very bad situation.
