Deals On ParSM ( “DOP”) is an organized group of business people located in selected cities across the United States and internationally. DOP has enlisted a major international Internet Systems Developer to build a city and merchant-centric coupon deal system. Deals On ParSM is strictly targeted to the city and area in which each local DOP manager resides. Its goals are:

hereby participating merchants maximize their chances, short and long term, of growing their business as a result of coupon promotions.
2) Give back to the community every time a Deals On ParSM merchant completes a sale. Make it a living contribution system for helping the community in which the local Deals On ParSM Business manager and staff reside.
3) Recognizing these difficult economic times, do its best to help both new and established merchants maintain and grow their positions through Deals On ParSM support.
4) Deliver a highly desirable customer base to Deals On ParSM merchants.
5) Help the DOP merchants, not only through coupon promotions, but in other creative ways to help them and the local community.
6) Evolve to be a long term merchant and city partner in each city it participates in. Re-emphasizing, Deals On ParSM management live and reside in the cities DOP participates in. Unlike many other coupon providers, Deals On ParSM has no specific revenue goals for itself. It believes, by helping the local merchant and community first, revenues will be earned and deserved.
