Thailand is already doing something to my spirit… today was pure rest, restoration, and flow.

Greetings Beautiful Ones-- JAMAICA BOUND! 🇯🇲
I’m finally taking a vacation — and this one is extra special! Headed off to Jamaica with my amazing mom for an early Mother’s Day celebration. Believe it or not, we’ve never been on vacation together, so this feels long overdue and truly sacred.

First stop: a wellness visit to my awesome chiropractor (because self-care always travels with me). Our flight leaves bright and early at 6 AM — and I’ll be sharing the journey with you along the way. Stay tuned for all the Jamaican fun!
