Another "Purge With Patty" successful job!!🥳. Received a call April 8 from a Danver's client that had A LOT of furniture and misc stuff they had to clear out in only 1 week! 😲 They, like me, did NOT want to see it go into a dumpster , especially if someone could use it. I listed all the furniture online and in order to move it quickly, it was priced low or alot for free. You meet alot of nice people, many are struggling out there and to get a couch, bureau, anything for free, it means alot, makes people happy. I then hosted a FREE day yesterday and so much more left the home. The shed alone was packed and now empty. They even took a boat! If they did not find Purge With Patty, all of this would have gone into a landfill and they would have paid alot of $$$ to throw it away! I am happy I did my part to keep re-usable items out of the landfill, help my client and help people out there. All good 🥰

This house was VERY PACKED! 60+ years of living/collecting. At least 72 pieces of furniture and it all found new homes. Many different types of collections. We held 2 indoor yard sales, and had a ton of people in between coming to buy. Hosted a FREE day and 95% is now saved from the landfill! The new owner (that inherited the house and all its contents), is very pleased he has been able to honor his Uncles wishes (as well as his own), to find homes for everything and save from a dumpster. Started 11/9, free day was 1/5. 95% empty!

One of my biggest "Purge With Patty" challenges with a home decorated and filled with 1990 furniture was saving this MAUVE colored sectional from the landfill (no donation place would take something this big)
Now although mauve is kinda trending (supposedly😁) at the moment, most are turned off by the color. It was posted EVERYWHERE, no luck. I hosted a Everything free day, to clear the house and a wonderful man said he would like to donate to a wonderful family. What a transformation (I think anways 😊) of taking this couch out of a 1990 decor and bring into today's decor!

- Purge With Patty Estate Sale job in Saugus. Met a wonderful woman, Gerry. She lived in her home for over 50+ years. She sadly lost her lifelong friend and longtime neighbor under a year. Her house became too much and needed to downsize. Only had a little over 2 weeks, but we made it happen. We donated and gave away alot of the leftover items after the sale. Only items that needed to go to the dump went there. Thank you Gerry for trusting us in your time of need. She was a pleasure to work with
