I honestly think we all take our bodies for granted. We expect them to show up everyday and perform no matter the circumstances- no matter the emotional storm, the stressful climate, the physical duress, the mental anxiety - no matter what, we expect our bodies to just MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Why is that?
What are we doing to support the ONE body we've been given.
When is the last time you took inventory of the following:
How are my muscles feeling?
How is my posture?
What am I doing to boost my immune system?
What am I doing to decrease inflammation?
Do I have a healthy mind/body connection?
What am I doing for joint health?
Have I found positive outlets for my stress?
It sounds very overwhelming when listed like this, guys.
But may I suggest to you that A GOOD YOGA practice can help with all of these things?
If you haven't tried it, you should.
I offer on-site classes.
I can bring the yoga room to you.
Mats, blankets, eye pillows and ALL THE yoga you can handle.
Social distancing is easy with yoga.

May I encourage you?
Perhaps you've been sidelined in these last months-
Maybe you were making a comeback from an injury, or endeavoring to get back into a healthy routine, or even just a new shot at taking good care of your own self-
Whatever initiative was stolen from you... I want to encourage you:
ALL IS NOT LOST
Your soul remembers. Your spirit is sustaining. Your body is lying in wait. .
All you need to do is step up and back into your resolve. .
Focus on what is next. .
IT IS WAITING for you to show up.

I was like a kid on my way to the candy store!!! (After a really long time). I don't know about you guys, but this was the most anticipation and gratitude I've felt in a VERY LONG TIME. I know it will be a tad longer for some other yogis across the country, but let me just remind you: Your re-opening IS coming. And it will be SO, SO GOOD. Side note: I almost died 45 minutes into it - but ya know, worth the risk. THANK YOU for opening your doors.
