In 2022, we wrote 50+ grants and proposals for 23 international and VT based nonprofits (with a win rate of 41% - exceeding industry average), facilitated 4 strategic planning processes, led 15 staff or board day-long retreats, led 3 organizational change processes, sponsored a young professional's participation in the WILD forum and supported an intern.

Thank you to clients, collaborators, and supporters for making this happen! We couldn't do it without our community.
