I Love connecting with children at my corporate job too! Showing sincere attention to children is my favorite!! Receiving art work of your interactions with them, I feel, is a huge validation a child feels heard. Try drawing with your child, ask your child to draw a picture of something fun they'd like to do with you. Talk about the picture, plan the activity and hang up the art work for all to see. I'd love for you to share your child's art here too!!

In this program, Phases Coaching, in the privacy of your home, I'll observe family interactions. I will be documenting critical moments that we will discuss at our goals meeting. At the meeting, you'll share your goals and concerns for your family. We will review what I observed, and create a coaching schedule.
