🔹 Entry-Level Technician

Role:
Kickstart a career in custom smart home integration.

🛠️ Responsibilities:
• Pull/terminate wire (Cat6, speaker, coax)
• Mount equipment
• Prep AV racks
• Assist with troubleshooting, security, and networking

✅ Requirements:
• Strong interest in AV/IT
• Basic tool skills
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Travel within Vermont required
• Smartphone for daily apps and programs

🔹 Senior Technician

Role:
Lead complex residential projects from rough-in to completion.

🛠️ Responsibilities:
• Integrate high-end AV and automation systems
• Configure Control4, Lutron, and Crestron systems
• Design networks (VLANs, managed switches)
• Build clean, organized racks
• Mentor junior technicians

✅ Requirements:
• 3+ years of custom residential AV experience
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead projects independently
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to run a job site
• Travel within Vermont required
• Smartphone for daily apps and programs

📍 Additional Opening:
We are also hiring for an Entry-Level or Senior Technician position in Southern Vermont (Manchester area). Must be able to travel/commute as needed.
