I wonder why it is that as soon as I try to work in MY garden the rain starts?

This last time it came down so hard I was soaked to the skin in seconds and just stood yelling at the rain "come on guys I just wanted an hour"

Of course just about the time I am all cleaned up and dry, the sky clears and the I swear the clouds are laughing at me
