Repair Shop Of Tomorrow

What a week. What an experience. What a Mastermind.

The 2026 Mastermind was about so much more than what happened on stage. It was about the conversations, the connections, the ideas shared, the lessons learned, and a room full of people committed to getting better.

To every attendee who joined us, every speaker who shared their knowledge, every partner and sponsor who helped make it possible, and everyone behind the scenes who brought it all together, thank you.

Your energy, engagement, and willingness to learn from one another are what made this event so special.

We hope you left Cleveland with new ideas, stronger relationships, and a renewed excitement for what’s possible in your business.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who made the 2026 Mastermind one to remember.

Here’s to everything we learned, the connections we made, and everything still to come.

Thank you for being part of Mastermind 2026. We can’t wait to see everyone again in 2027!

What separates shops that survive from shops that thrive?
Leadership.

Real. Honest. Battle-tested.

We're proud to welcome Drew McClure — executive coach, keynote speaker, and co-founder of People Profit — to the stage at our 2026 Mastermind Event. For over a decade, Drew has coached founders, CEOs, and leadership teams (including leaders from Inc. 5000 companies) to build stronger leadership, healthier organizations, and cultures where people and performance thrive.
Drew doesn't just talk strategy — he gets into the human side of leading: resilience, fear, courage, clarity.

If you're ready to lead your shop with more confidence and less chaos, you don't want to miss this session.
