Payment can come in many forms. When you have a business the best payment to receive is the feeling of giving back to the community. Giving the time to educate and supporting a youth program that does so much for our community. Also, it broadens the horizon for many kids that perhaps wouldn’t otherwise have had the opportunity to learn more about the skilled trades. A hands on experience allowed many kids to have that experience today.

Not everyone wants to be a welder and be hot, get burned, etc. However, many careers surrounding the trade was also brought to light! Welding Engineering, Welding Supply distribution and compressed gas distribution, retail sales of supplies and transport of essential goods that keep our economy moving.
Having the knowledge of all of it has allowed Knight Welding Supply LLC to build a become a successful business.

Special Thanks to Lou Kleinsmith aka “Lincoln Lou” for sharing his knowledge, and life experiences to these kids. He is and was always the #1 Lincoln Representative with over 41 years of service. It’s a pleasure to always be in the presence of high caliber individuals that have so much to offer to future generations!💪
