Our herd spends their days rotationally grazing on Virginia pastures free of herbicides. We take the time to grow them naturally.

It’s a slower process, but we believe healthier, contented animals make for better-tasting meats!

So, what can you expect when you purchase a whole beef from us?

🐄 Your order is customized based on the cuts you choose
🐄 The cuts you choose impact the final amount of each type of beef you receive
🐄 You can expect roughly 60–70% of the dressed weight as freezer-ready beef
🐄 You’ll need about 16 cubic feet of freezer space to store it

A little preparation goes a long way in making the most of your all-natural beef!
