A Day with Madam Njie’s Inclusive Event Companions

One of my favorite memories was supporting a client at a beautiful gala. From the moment we arrived, our focus was making sure they felt comfortable, included, and able to fully enjoy the experience.

Together we enjoyed delicious food, participated in activities and games, shared plenty of laughs, and made sure all personal support needs were met throughout the event. Most importantly, they were able to be part of the celebration in a way that felt meaningful and fun.

At the end of the evening, I shared photos and a recap of our time together with their family. Seeing their loved one smiling, engaged, and making memories brought so much joy to them.

That’s what we do at Madam Njie’s Inclusive Event Companions—we help individuals of all ages and abilities participate safely, comfortably, and fully in life’s special moments while giving families peace of mind.

Hi, I’m Tabatha Njie, founder of Madam Njie’s Inclusive Event Companions.

As a mother, Registered Behavior Technician, and someone who has spent years supporting individuals with diverse needs, I know how important it is for everyone to feel included, supported, and able to fully enjoy life’s special moments.

I started Madam Njie’s Inclusive Event Companions because families deserve the opportunity to attend weddings, birthday parties, community events, vacations, and everyday outings knowing their loved one has compassionate, individualized support.

Our mission is simple: to help individuals participate confidently while allowing families to relax and enjoy the moment.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey so far. I’m excited to continue serving families across Long Island and Connecticut and helping create more inclusive experiences for all.

✨ Meet Sade! ✨

We’re excited to introduce Sade Edmonds, our Connecticut Community Outreach Coordinator and Inclusive Event Companion.

Sade is a mother of three with experience in ABA, special education, direct support services, and healthcare. She is currently working toward her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and is passionate about helping individuals and families feel supported, included, and empowered.

What makes Sade’s story especially meaningful is that she first experienced Madam Njie’s Inclusive Event Companions as a client before joining our team. That firsthand experience gave her a deep understanding of the impact compassionate, reliable support can have on families.

Today, Sade helps connect Connecticut families with our services while providing person-centered support during events, outings, community activities, and everyday experiences.
