There has been some negative feedback via social media regarding our policy on face coverings so we would like to clarify. At no time have we ever or will we ever refuse service for not wearing a mask. We are required (regardless of medical conditions) to make all patrons being served IN STORE wear a face covering. We have been instructed that failure to do this each and every time ,regardless of circumstance, will result in the immediate revocation of our business license. For this reason, anyone entering any of our establishments without a FACE COVERING will not be served IN STORE. EVERY patron who has been told this has been offered the service alternative of returning to their vehicle, placing their order either via telephone or online, and our staff will make the order and walk it out to their vehicle. Again, we have not refused service to anyone, we have offered a reasonable alternative to both meet the requirements of the mandate, and continue to serve ALL of our customers. If you are unhappy with us having to enforce this mandate, please reach out to your governor and/or your local health department as it is out of our control. I ask that you also remember that while you are being asked to wear a FACE COVERING for 3-7 minutes, all of our employees are required to wear MASKS for 6-10 hours per day, so please be polite they did not make the rules. BREAD SALES

Starting tonight, if customers would like to purchase just our bread, they may do so using the following process/policy

Sales will be limited to our White and Wheat breads only. Our Specialty Breads may not be purchased separately
Customers may purchase 1 piece for $1.00, 4 pieces for $3.00 or 8 pieces for $5.00 (Prices do not include tax)

Customers purchasing 4 or fewer pieces may do so on a walk in basis.

Customers wishing to purchase more than 4 pieces must place an order, and schedule a pick up time at least 3 hours after placing the order so that the store has time to bake bread as we do not want this causing us to run out of any of our breads for our customers ordering sandwiches.

Bread purchases are non-refundable once the customer has touched the packaging in any way and may not be returned and/or exchanged for any reason.

Per the Governor's most recent update, my locations will remain open with the reduced hours of operation we are currently under. As long as we have guests, this will remain the case. Customers must adhere to the 10 patron rule, and we have put guided systems in place to help customers adhere to the social distancing guidelines. We ask that if you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher or have exhibited any symptoms that you refrain from visiting in order to keep our other customers and our staff as safe as possible. Effective immediately, 7 of our locations will be Carry out only. (Delivery is not available at all locations). Our Downtown Suffolk location is fully closed until 4/6/2020. Thank you for your business!
