The inverted spin series in the S2B is a paramount detail of a Pitts checkout. Botched hammerheads love to turn into an inverted spin within a seconds. Knowing how to properly see it coming, and recovering from it is a skillset every Pitts pilot should have in their arsenal.

- Power on/off stalls
- Accelerated stalls
- Normal upright spins
- Flat upright spins
- Accelerated spins
- Combined flat + accelerated spins
- Slips/Skids to spins
- All subsequent incipient and fully developed recoveries
- Maybe a roll or two.. 🙃

All in all, you’ll end up an expert after the 30+ rotations you’ll have under your belt. 😎
