During a recent hard hat walkthrough at The Lawrence Hotel , Greg Winey and Lee Merritt, DDA Chair, shared insights on the development of the project and the importance of collaboration between neighboring towns and cities.

It was a reminder that progress is built through shared knowledge, strong partnerships, and a collective vision for the future. The relationships formed along the way are just as meaningful as the projects themselves.

Grateful to have been at the University of Georgia Hospitality & Travel Summit yesterday, surrounded by so many leaders shaping where hospitality is headed.

Greg Winey kicked off the day on the Physics of Profit panel, sharing what it really takes to drive performance while building something that lasts.
