Are you looking for a place to “show and grow” your diverse mechanical and technical skillsets? We are ready to see what you’ve got! We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and versatile Production and Maintenance Lead to help out in an array of areas in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED production floor. This position will allow you to really “flex your muscles” in the areas of machinery maintenance, repair, and light fabrication as well as a variety of other tasks. Position Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Machine Maintenance and Repair ~
• Troubleshoot and repair disruptions to production machinery – Hot Foil, Casemaker750, Soft Cover, Roll Coater, V Tower, Book Binding machines etc….
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance of machinery
• Assist with development and construction of prototypes
• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on PLC’s, VFD drives, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Locate sources of problems by observing electrical/mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Disassembles, repairs and reassembles or replaces defective electrical equipment such as plugs, switches, outlets, controls, ballasts, motors and appliances using hand tools, test equipment and service manuals.
• inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Responsible for reading, understanding and interpretation of blueprints, sketches and drawings.
Machine Operation ~
• Operate various manufacturing equipment listed, but not limited to those, under Machine Maintenance.
• Follow specific directions as needed, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Utilize basic measuring, math, and computer skills.
• Work safely and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs., navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
Additional Responsibilities ~
• Executes special projects as assigned
• Communicates with engineers at parent company in Belgium; should be able to articulate and understand appropriate terminology
• Minor fabrication to machines as needed
• Operates stand-up forklift
• Additional duties as assigned
Desired Experience:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience within a Production environment managing manufacturing equipment repair and maintenance
• High level of attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels and across departments
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
• Excellent math skills
• Past experience with power tools and hand tools
• Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints, sketches and drawings
• Strong technical ability, both with computers and machinery.
• Prior forklift certification a plus.
• CAD experience and light fabrication a plus

• Frequent use of hands and arms
• Continuous standing or walking for extended periods of time. Consistent bending, stooping, and/or twisting during shift.
• Frequent identification of letters, numbers, and symbols in a business and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use a keyboard and equipment typically found in an administrative work setting
• Regular lifting, up to 50 pounds
• High level of manual dexterity and fine motor skill usage
• Ability to work shifts 8 hours in duration or longer
• Ability to travel up to 5%
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to the equipment and noise levels of a typical manufacturing and office environment, which may include hot/cold temperatures based upon seasonal conditions, temperature range of 35 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and exposure to humidity, noise, odors, and dust. The employee is expected to adhere to all safety rules and regulations accordingly.

Calling all folks looking to travel and make good money for upcoming holidays 🚗🚌✈️💲💲💲 - The Gig: A long time client is seeking 50 people to travel to certain retail stores in the United States and make technical and physical adjustments to printing equipment to accommodate a new product line. This project is anticipated to last until completed, no later than end of October. This is a 1099 contract role.

What we will bring to the table: All travel and per diem expenses paid, $25/hr. for working hours, training provided. OR you may choose $60
Per store compensation.

What you need to bring to the table: Ability to travel by plane, public transit, rideshare, or rental car (must be legal age to rent a car) all over the United States (including AK and HI). Technically and mechanically adept, able to learn and follow instructions quickly and accurately, and a VERY professional attitude and appearance. Ability to successfully pass a background screen, drug screen, and an MVR record with 3 points or less and NO DUI convictions within last 10 years.

Hello! I have a client who has a project calibrating printers throughout the United States for a new paper my client has created. Technically inclined folks preferred but training will be provided for the right candidates. All travel expenses paid, flight, transportation, accommodations. Each store will take approximately 1/2 hour to complete. Pay is $25.00 per hour. There are approximately 1900 stores and project starts September 25th and must be completed by October 20th. Must be professional and well spoken. These positions will fill up fast. If you are interested please send resumes to [email protected].

A leading manufacturer in North Atlanta is seeking a highly talented Executive Assistant. This position will serve as Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and assist other Officers of the company as needed. Duties include confidential administrative project related tasks, managing the calendar and travel schedule, coordinating meetings with the Executive Leadership team, managing incoming and outgoing phone and e-mail communications, relaying messages, and preparing correspondence. Additional responsibilities include managing high level internal and external inquiries along with tracking important action items to ensure timely completion and follow up. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position is Monday through Friday daytime hours. We offer a competitive salary and a very comprehensive benefits package!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists the CEO in prioritizing requests from a variety of internal and external sources including staff and outside organizations/individuals from the community.
• Preparation of special materials for use by the CEO including agenda packages, copies of correspondence and articles, meeting minutes.
• Preparation of mailings in a timely manner and in compliance with the timeframes required by the company and its entities on behalf of the CEO.
• Maintenance of calendars including appointments, meetings, and events relating to the interactions between the CEO.
• Greets and directs visitors in a timely fashion.
• Provides assistance in preparing the CEO by ensuring that written and oral briefings are provided in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversees special activities at the direction of the CEO, including general reports, projects, orientation, events, etc. by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget.
• Implements and ensures Corporate Compliance throughout USA based operation while also keeping abreast of industry rule and regulation changes and relaying that information to CEO.
• Personally, performs key, sensitive, and/or confidential tasks corresponding with the CEO.
• Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
• Interprets policies and organizational procedures in order to appropriately resolve or refer concerns and inquiries received by the CEO.
• Exercises judgment and tact in all dealings with company employees and customers in resolving problems or communicating information.
• Provides support to the CEO by performing other duties as assigned or directed.
• Thinks analytically and completes special projects in a timely manner.
• Drives for results by learning the CEO’s goals, advancing the CEO’s agenda, and anticipating/resolving issues that may be neglected.
• Be accountable and offer loyalty and discretion to the CEO/Executive Team.
• Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required. Some college education (Bachelors) is strongly preferred (i.e. business administration and/or marketing courses)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience in technology influenced environment required.
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite officers in a public company.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to multi-task and use independent judgment and discretion in all company matters.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects.
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
