Over the past several weeks, I've spent a great deal of time reflecting on the kind of leader—and the kind of organization—I want to build.
Today, you'll notice a new look on my page.
The new branding isn't just a logo. It's a reminder of the standard I want to live by every day.

To me, winning isn't simply about financial success. It's about becoming the best version of ourselves, serving others with integrity, and helping people discover opportunities they may never have thought possible.
My commitment remains the same: to educate families, serve with integrity, and invest in developing people.
