Now taking orders. Fall is in the air and the Holidays are just around the corner. We were fortunate enough this season to harvest honey six different times. We are putting together four different gift box options in two different sizes.
The first one is a package of three 4.4oz jars
The second will be a package six 4.4oz jars
The third will be a package of three 9oz jars
The fourth will be a package of six 9oz jars see photos.

If you are looking to purchase one of the 3 jar packs you can also specify the floral sources of your choice. If you are purchasing the six pack option you will get all 6 varieties in them.

For those who are not familiar with some of the different floral sources I will give a description

Apple Blossom: The flavor of Apple Blossom Honey starts off with a crisp sweetness and transitions into a subtle cinnamon-like spice. Use Apple Blossom honey as a healthier substitute for syrup over your pancakes and waffles.

Black Locust Blossom: Locust honey is very light in color nearly transparent. The aroma is floral, and the flavor is mildly sweet and delicate with hints of vanilla. With a light taste, locust honey pairs very well with fresh cheeses, yogurt, and fruit.

Basswood Blossom: It seems mild at first taste, but then blooms into a complex, sweet flavor that is bright and minty also slightly citrusy
Use this honey for tea or on lighter cheeses, such as chèvre. It is excellent with fruit, especially apples.

Clover Blossom: Clover flowers have a strong, flowery aroma, which transfers over into the honey made from their nectar. This flowery flavor is mild and light, giving clover honey a sweet, and pleasantly mild taste.

Purple Loosestrife Blossom: The flavor profile has an initial butterscotch & sometimes ginger flavor and aroma that unfold into a floral component and then leaves a slightly bitter finish. This honey is a cheese mongers dream accompaniment, and pairs well with strong flavored cheeses.

Wild Flower Blossom: Wildflower honey is typically darker in color. The floral source offers a bolder flavor and tastes richer than lighter shades of honey. This is likely your best option if you prefer a stronger honey taste when pairing it with other foods.
