What do we have in common?
A little who am I game.

I’m in my late 40’s…. (Starting a new decade in a few months)
I live with my cat and my husband, in a cozy apartment in Sullivan where I keep crazy flower beds and a tiny vegetable garden.
This summer, I’m obsessed with strawberry PBJ sandwiches, iced coffee (Stok or Dunkin’) and a slow morning on my front porch. I enjoy country drives, admiring the moon phases, my hammock in the shade, and daily FaceTime calls with my squirrels (daughters). Oh and bacon gravy. Yum!
For movement, I lift weights, play in the dirt, practice some yoga (and enjoy a vibrant intimate relationship). Paddle boarding and biking are also fun for me.
I have a very small circle that I love fiercely. I like my alone time but not too much of it. I maximize every opportunity I get to spend time with the ones I love.
Homemade food and natural remedies tickle my brain. There’s always something weird on my kitchen countertops.
Every chance I get to open the windows and have the house open, I take.
Last week I booked a reiki healing & cupping session. Loved. Confident that I’m solar powered. A stretch of cloudy days are a mood.
Along with operating Happy to Help, I work part time at a local, successful family business as an office assistant. I’m the only one there without the family name. Flex. It gives me the farm fix. iykyk. I grew up on a farm, worked with my dad, studied agriculture at ISU, raised my kids on a farm, and now own a small farm. It’s grounding…..literally.
I live for the adventure of learning and experiences. Currently, I’m taking a business course based on The Enneagram and listening to “Karma” by Sadhguru. I dig a great story and tend to move through my life intentionally creating my own juicy story.
Confronting sticky stories is a challenge for me, but I come around, eventually. “Let them” is a mantra. Forgiveness, alchemy.
I like the challenge of physical work, moving my body. The satisfaction of a transformation, job well done, is bliss. Flow state.
I have the ability to find something to love about everything and everyone. I can quickly build rapport and trust through creating cozy spaces. I’ve used this superpower all my life by looking for myself in others.
I see life outside of duality; the constant classification of good/bad, right/wrong. That’s the secret sauce I bring to each client and what allows me to focus on the environment, routines, and experience of working together in a session.
