Part-Time Customer Service position available
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Northeast Texas Janitorial Supply Co. is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to assist customers and support daily operations.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent required
