**American Towing & Tire Co.** is looking for an **EXPERIENCED** individual to join our team in Sulphur Springs.

⚠️ **This is NOT an entry-level position. Automotive experience is REQUIRED.**

We need someone who can handle a combination of **shop, parts, customer service, and towing dispatch responsibilities.**

🔧 **Position includes:**

* Auto repair diagnostics & estimates
* Parts lookup, ordering & tracking
* Working directly with customers on repairs
* Dispatching towing & roadside service calls
* Coordinating drivers and service calls
* Passenger & commercial tire knowledge
* Tire repair, installation & service
* Assisting in the shop as needed

**YOU MUST:**
✅ Have previous automotive repair experience
✅ Know your way around vehicles, parts & repair procedures
✅ Be able to multitask and stay organized
✅ Be dependable and able to work without constant supervision
✅ Be comfortable working in a **hot shop environment** and outdoors
✅ Be capable of **physically demanding work**, including lifting tires and heavy parts
✅ Be willing to jump in wherever needed — **this is NOT strictly a desk/dispatch position**

Experienced Parts & Auto Repair Technician / Dispatcher

American Towing & Tire Co. is seeking an experienced, dependable individual to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong automotive background who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing accurate auto repair estimates
Ordering and tracking parts
Assisting customers with repair recommendations
Dispatching towing and roadside service calls
Coordinating with drivers and technicians
Diagnosing automotive repair needs
Assisting with tire sales, repairs, and installations
Maintaining inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications:

Extensive automotive repair experience required
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and ordering systems
Experience writing repair estimates
Towing dispatch experience preferred
Commercial and passenger tire experience required
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Candidate:

We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who is comfortable working both in the office and in the shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto repair, towing operations, parts management, and tire service.

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience.
