I need to remember that on days like today. Days when I don't want to get up early on a dreary Saturday and run 5 miles in the rain. When I'm fighting soaken wet clothes weighing me down, the chaffing in my arms, the fatige and the little voice in the back of my mind that tells me to "just give up"....
