There were red flags that we commonly identify before the event. This is why we work closely with event venues and organizers. Our thoughts and prayers have been with the victims and others at the event. What a horrific night.

Busy weekend concluded with a Barbershop Competition. When there's a bar, there is a chance of overindulgence. It's great when the bartenders support cutting off guests.

We got to experience a new venue this week. The Paul J. Ciener Botanical Gardens in Kernersville, NC is a lovely spot for a wedding or other special event. They also know a thing or two about how to run a venue. When you see a sign like this, it's because that location has had to learn things by experience. Someone at some time decided to test the rules. At Akula Security, we'll help keep your event on track and out of trouble.

Today we remember those we, as a country, lost. We also think about the Gold Star Families and those that lost members of their team. Each trip to a Memorial is a time to reflect. This year we saw the Korean in the snow and remembered cold our soldiers were.

Day three of "will it rain?" and if so "when?" We've been assisting all weekend with directing guests to the safest, driest, paths possible. We are here to assist with weather related issues.
