Neighborhood Home Watch Services
Have you ever needed a trustworthy person to keep an eye on your home while you are away. Whether that is for vacation, health reasons or because you are a snowbird up north escaping the Florida heat. Neighborhood Home Watch can be there giving you the peace of mind while you are away. This is a list of our services;
• Walk-through of interior and exterior
• Check doors, windows, and locks for security
• Look for signs of break-ins or tampering
💧 Water & Leak Monitoring
• Main water valve will be turned off while the home is unoccupied

Run water in sinks, tubs, and showers
Flush toilets to prevent buildup
• Inspect for leaks (ceilings, under sinks, around windows/doors)
• Check for broken pipes or sprinkler issues
❄️ HVAC & Electrical Checks
• Make sure A/C or heat is running properly
• Check thermostat settings
• Look for power outages or tripped breakers
🐜 Pest & Damage Inspection
• Watch for insects, rodents, or infestations
• Check for mold, mildew, or unusual odors
• Look for storm damage or roof issues
📬 Exterior & General Upkeep
• Bring in mail/packages or check for buildup
• Inspect landscaping and irrigation systems
• Make sure trash or debris isn’t piling up
📸 Reporting & Communication
• Send updates after each visit (often with photos)
• Notify you immediately if there’s a problem
🔧 Coordination Services (sometimes extra)
• Meet contractors, repair people, or deliveries
• Let in service providers
• Oversee repairs on your behalf
