In December 1944 untill February 13th 1945 over 3500 Hungarian Jews were murdered by the White Arrow Militia on the banks of the Danube. The militia had them remove their shoes first. Then they were executed and fell into the river. This memorial in Budapest it to the memory of not only thoes 3500+, but to the 545,000 Hungarian Jews that were murdered in only 8 weeks by the German forces.

Sending out Christmas and New Years greetings from Bavaria and Austria. I was blessed with being able to travel to Austria three times this year for research work and twice to England to work on excavatios. It is truly amazing how in the past two years we have gone from a small regional firm to an international presence with ties to 9 different countries. 2025 currently has work lined up in Austria, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, England and Slovakia. Hopefully we will find time to add a fast trip to Latvia that seams to keep being pushed off.

Our workation to Europe is coming to an end. We're off to Dublin for two nights then we fly back to the states. Looking forward to getting all the amazing pieces of history sorted, preserved and ready for display. We have four extra large heavy shipping boxes currently in the prosess of clearing customs. All of our significant items are with us in our possession to personally walk through customs. It's been an amazing opportunity, but we are ready for home.
