We are currently hiring 3 detail-oriented Quality Control Specialists to inspect our short-term rental properties and ensure every home meets our high hospitality standards before guest arrivals.

We are hiring for:
• 1 Position – Mount Pleasant
• 1 Position – North Charleston
• 1 Position – Summerville

Responsibilities include:
• Performing post-clean inspections
• Ensuring homes are fully guest-ready
• Checking linens, restocking, patios, staging, and overall presentation
• Identifying missed items or maintenance concerns
• Communicating clearly with management and cleaning teams
• Occasionally assisting with light touch-ups if needed

Requirements:
• Extremely strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable communication
• Weekend availability required
• Hospitality, hotel, Airbnb, or professional cleaning experience preferred

Yellow Door Property Management is looking for a RELIABLE backup cleaning team to support our growing portfolio of busy Airbnb properties, with additional homes launching over the next few months.

This is NOT basic housekeeping. We are looking for a team with extremely high standards, strong hustle, and exceptional attention to detail.

✨ What We Expect:

✔️ Weekend AND weekday availability
✔️ Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
✔️ Strong attention to detail — every property must feel hotel-level clean
✔️ Must follow detailed management guidebooks and turnover procedures
✔️ Refill toiletries, paper products, coffee stations, and guest supplies
✔️ Restock inventory and notify management of low items
✔️ Put out guest gifts and arrival touches exactly as instructed
✔️ Check patios, porches, and outdoor spaces for trash, debris, or misplaced items
✔️ Make beds neatly with clean, crisp presentation
✔️ Sweep entryways and inspect the property before leaving
✔️ Willingness to occasionally run to the grocery store or pick up supplies if needed
✔️ Must send completion photos/videos to management after every clean
✔️ Must communicate quickly and professionally
✔️ Ability to notice damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or anything “off” immediately
✔️ Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to SWEAT and HUSTLE during busy turnover days
