On October 10, we brought employee-owners from across Parametrix together for a Vegas-style soirée in Seattle! 🎲🎸🎰🪩

Complete with casino games, a magician, and an appearance by Elvis, this celebration was one to remember.

The most important part, however, was bringing employee-owners together to celebrate a legacy of employee ownership and all that we've accomplished, together.

One of the highlights of the year at Parametrix is the opportunity to bring employee-owners together for Share the Vision, our new hire orientation.

This year, 76 new employee-owners gathered in Seattle to learn about our history, core values, what it means to be employee-owned, and so much more.

In the early 1990s, the owners of Parametrix determined that forming an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) would allow our culture to remain intact and provide a secure future for the employees and their families.

Parametrix was established as an ESOP in 1992 and became 100% employee-owned in 1999.

Three decades later, our over 900 employee-owners enjoy the benefits of our founders' decision to become employee-owned.
