Thank you to everyone who joined us for another great chapter meeting! We enjoyed meaningful discussions about the creative ways organizations are supporting their employees, sharing success stories, and learning from one another's experiences.

We were also very happy to have Bryan Gates, State Council Director with SHRM South Carolina (SC SHRM State Council), who visited our chapter and spent time connecting with our members. Thank you, Bryan, for your support of Sumter SHRM and the HR profession across South Carolina.

As always, we're grateful for the opportunity to learn, network, and strengthen our HR community together.

📸⛳ Sumter SHRM at the South Carolina SHRM State Conference: HR in Full Swing!

Our chapter had a fantastic time attending the South Carolina SHRM State Conference in Myrtle Beach. From engaging educational sessions and inspiring speakers to meaningful conversations and new professional connections, it was an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and network with HR professionals from across the state.

We're returning with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and valuable insights that will help us continue supporting our members and advancing the HR profession in our community.

A special thank you to the South Carolina SHRM State Council and conference organizers for hosting such a memorable event. We look forward to putting what we learned into action!

Thank you to everyone who joined us today as we welcomed Holly Chase, Director of Community Development at Tandem Health, for an informative discussion about Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and their vital role in improving access to healthcare within our communities.

Members learned about Tandem Health's mission, the services available to patients, and how community-based healthcare organizations help remove barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and strengthen workforce and community well-being.
