A gentle reminder to anyone currently under bond.
You can be arrested and returned to jail without refund of premium for the following reasons:
-Change of address without notifying Acceptance Bail Bonds.
-Failure to appear at ANY court date.
-Concealing your whereabouts.
-Leaving the court's jurisdiction without permission.
You are considered "under the bond" until the day you receive a judgement on your case, whether it be guilty, not guilty, or dismissed.
