The KPW office is having some electrical work done on THURSDAY, MAY 4th. Therefore, the office will be closed for WALK-IN traffic. We will be taking service calls as usual.

We are pretty caught up confirming membership status for those KPW paying members that have requested access to the private pages. Please check your email that grants access. YOU must create a password that provides entry to those pages.

Just because you created a website account, it doesn't grant access to the private pages. We do that manually for our paying members.
So, please check your email.

MEMBERS: We have an after-hours EMERGENCY ONLY call service. Each call costs our members $$$ so don't use it unless you have an EMERGENCY KPW Service call need.

What is considered an emergency:
AC or Heat not working
Refrigerator not cooling
Severe Water Leak
If you are a platinum member and ONLY have One Toilet and it is stopped up

Otherwise, hold your call until Monday AM or if on a holiday - the next Business day.

Remember - if you create a profile on the website - that doesn't mean you have access to member-only pages, you must complete the process by providing your address, phone, plan and badge as instructed in your welcome email after you submit on the subscribe button.

Everyone can subscribe. Members can go a step farther, and request access to the member-only pages. Instructions are provided once you subscribe. Please be patient for that member-only access. We received over 500 subscriptions in 24 hours and there are a limited number of people who can verify membership and grant access to those private pages. We'll get to everyone, it just may take time.

The pages will be there when you get access. Thanks for being patient.
