Extra Tidbits:
1. EpiPens: If you required to carry an EpiPen for ANY reason, you will NOT be permitted to receive a vaccination at this site. You would need to go to a county DOH site.
2. ARRIVAL TIME FOR YOUR VACCINE: We know our Kings Point residents are prone to early arrival. Appointments will be scheduled hourly (8am, 9am, 10am, etc) If you have an appointment, please remember it is good for the entire one-hour block. If you come 5-30 minutes after the top of the hour, you will not lose your opportunity, but you may reduce your wait in line!
3. Donations: We have received feedback from our residents on “how can I assist?” We are excited that we will be hosting a “Hospitality Room” for our Healthcare workers, Emergency Squad members, National Guard, and other staff. We are taking donations of bottled water, canned soda, and most importantly cash donations/gift cards to places like Dunkin Donuts, Publix, or Walmart to purchase breakfast and lunch for the workers. Even small contributions will help! Please contact [email protected] for more information.
4. Restrooms will be available in the Main Clubhouse.
5. Fitness & Aerobic Classes: If you have been using the phone reservation line to reserve fitness center or aerobics classes, there is a change. During the vaccine period, please call 813-387-3458 instead from 8am-12pm during the week of Feb 2 - 5th.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate State requirements!
Please watch for more communications forthcoming.
