Precision equipment meets wild west supply chain.

During peak of material delays, we waited months for these brackets to arrive. When they finally showed up? Every single one was just slightly too big.

No replacements. No second shipment. Just a metal file, some patience, and exactly 38 passes to get each one just right.

We did hundreds of them in the field by hand. Somewhere around bracket #47, you start learning things about yourself you never asked to know.

Backboard? Check. Grounding? Done. Ladder rack? Installed.

Racks are in, copper's pulled and terminated, fiber's fusion-spliced and certified. Start to finish, the entire MDF build-out was handled by the Vision team.

There were a bunch of us here earlier...

Now it's just me, the Hilti radio, and the sweet sound of a job well done. Electricians like to tease me about the radio. But, let's be honest - that's just jealousy (and they know it).
