Her expertise spans Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Labor Relations, and HR Business Partner and Generalist leadership.

Brittney began her career in corporate recruiting, where she gained firsthand experience building internal teams and understanding talent needs from an employer’s perspective. She later transitioned into executive search and has since built deep expertise within the Human Resources function. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a top performer and multiple President’s Club and sales trip qualifier. Her combination of internal recruiting and executive search experience gives her a unique perspective on what organizations need from their HR leaders and what candidates are seeking in their next career opportunity.

Last week StevenDouglas hosted a fantastic panel discussion in Houston, Texas, "No One Path to CFO: How Leaders Advanced from Mid-Career to the C-Suite."

This invite-only event was designed for Accounting and Finance professionals seeking insight into what it takes to break into the C-suite. In this collaborative discussion, attendees learned what it really takes to be considered for that next step. Each CFO took a different path to get there, and each unique perspective brought real value to the conversation!
