One of the biggest decisions we made in this house had nothing to do with finishes.

It was widening the hallway and reworking the layout to better align with ADA and universal living standards.

That meant:
• more accessible walkways
• better flow throughout the home
• and a space that works for more people, not just one type of buyer

We couldn’t do everything but we did it where it mattered most.

Little changes… that are going to go a long way.

This house already had a lot going for it, it just needed intention.

We’re painting the exterior black to really complement the brick, and then bringing in mid century modern landscaping that actually makes sense for Missouri.

Drought tolerant plants, natural textures, a little bit unexpected… but all very thought out.

Because the outside matters just as much as the inside. And when they align, that’s when a house really feels complete.
