This was supposed to have been mailed out in October. I have heard that some of you may not have received this. I don't know if it is a postal issue.. But, hopefully this clears the air for those that have not seen it yet.

We, as people and members of this community are still here. City Service Valcon has taken over the propane deliveries. Same office, same people, same pricing, different name on the top of the bill.
I, personally, have started a new business to take care of all your service and HVAC needs. The new company is called HAVAC INDUSTRIES. If you need anything, or have questions please reach out.

As many of you have heard, tragedy struck our community on Monday and our little company. One of our founders and owners passed away. Kerby was an fixture in our community. Having been both born and raised here and lived his whole life here. Most of you knew him from his various jobs over the years in fuels. From heating oil and propane to being tire be**er back at Hanson's Garage. He knew everyone and everyone knew him. And he always had a story! His commitment to his customers and community at large was only surpassed by his ability to let you know that your issues mattered to him. He went above and beyond so much that people even expected it and it became normal. A true example to all the rest of us.
So, please bear with us as we navigate this and mourn one of our own. We promise to continue to serve you just as we always have. To carry on that tradition and continue our vision of being something you can all be proud of.
There is a link below that you can help support his wife and kids and grandkids. Please, help us in supporting them in this emotional and tragic time.
