Responsibilities and Duties
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:
Companionship with a Heart
Light Cooking and Cleaning
Bathing, Grooming and Toileting
Assistance with Ambulation\Assistance with Medication Reminders
Transportation for appointments and errands
Qualifications and Skills
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
Must have the following: Reliable transportation, current AZ Driver's License, current Automobile Insurance, AZ Caregiver Certification, current CPR Certification, Social Security Card, current TB Test, current Level 1 Fingerprint Card
Must pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state) and drug test
Must possess excellent communication skills, be mature, caring, punctual and reliable, present a positive and professional business image Must have a heart to help others
