Feeling a bit nostalgic- when I lived in Rhinelander- I did cake and cupcakes when I first got out of culinary school. Mind you- there were no cottage laws in Wisconsin back then- and I was essentially running an underground cupcake ring- but making this little guy made me think about those days and how much I have missed cakes.
