The vineyard is located next to our new Piazza, and contains a few acres of Italian varietals. Lisa and I will be happy to tell you all about the planting and growth process for these new vines. We hope you'll visit us soon!

Our newest vintage of Avio Rosato is officially here and we’re welcoming it the way it deserves: slowly, with good company and a little taste of Italy.

This weekend, join us for Rosato Aperitivo Weekend. During Aperitivo Hours (2–4), settle into refreshing Rosato cocktails, simple Italian bites, and the unhurried rhythm of a true aperitivo afternoon.

Stefano’s one-weekend-only seasonal creation makes its debut. We will have recipe cards ready so summer can taste like this wherever you are.

Okay, we have to talk about this dinner. 🍷

For the very first time, we’re pouring our Cabernet Bianco. This is a wine I’ve been working on and honestly can’t stop thinking about. And it’s making its debut alongside one of the most thoughtfully crafted menus we’ve ever paired our wines with.

We’re talking spring mushroom salad, handmade fettuccini, rack of lamb, AND a blue cheese panna cotta with port reduction. Yeah, it’s that kind of night.
