What Is the 7th Legacy Peacemaking Process?
The 7th Legacy Peacemaking Process is a relationship-centered framework designed to bring together Tribal Nations, government agencies, corporations, utilities, developers, and communities in a respectful environment where every voice has value.
Rather than beginning with disagreement, we begin with understanding.
Rather than asking, “How do we win?” we ask, “How do we move forward together?”
Our process recognizes that every stakeholder carries legitimate interests, unique perspectives, and responsibilities. By creating space for honest dialogue, cultural understanding, and mutual respect, conflicts can often be transformed into opportunities for collaboration.
Building Trust Before Decisions
Trust cannot be mandated.
It cannot be written into a contract.
It cannot be created during a single meeting.
Trust is earned through consistency, transparency, accountability, and genuine engagement.
That is why 7th Legacy emphasizes early engagement with Tribal Nations and Indigenous communities. Meaningful consultation should begin before decisions are finalized—not after.
