His areas of focus include strategic planning, improving cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, developing profitable growth plans, increasing company value, leading strategic acquisition efforts, and preparing a business to sell. Karl earned his BS degree in Accounting and Finance at UMass Dartmouth and an MBA in Management from Bryant University. He is credentialed as a Certified Public Account, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Certified Business Transition Expert™, a Certified Supply Chain Professional and Certified in Production and Inventory Management.
