We are looking for a part time delivery driver for the upcoming ice season (position to start mid December). Position will be for 1 day a week and is roughly a 14 hour day. Position would go through March and at that time possibility for full time employment would be considered.

Hog Island Wholesale Bait is looking for Worm Packers. This is a seasonal position that starts in the Spring and goes through Labor Day. This is a vital position to help the organization meet the demands of their customers. Job projected to start the middle of March.

The job starts out at an hourly wage. After 3-4 weeks, we transition pay to piece work pay (you get paid for how much you package). A good work ethic is required - the more you put into it, the more you will make.

A end of season bonus will be considered for those who stay for the season.

Duties:

Package Night Crawlers, Dillies, Trout Worms, Nitro Green Crawlers and other products as needed.
Keep work station orderly and clean.
Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Positive Demeanor
Ability to maintain a consistent, work schedule
Ability to do basic math skills
Not afraid to get a little dirty!
