Good morning folks ! Tier 1 Bail Bonds will have agents available all day to assist our EBCI clients. We anticipate it being a busy day, so we have a few suggestions of things to have together when you call. This will ensure that we can help you secure your loved ones freedom in the quickest way possible.

1. Have a co-signer available to meet one of our great agents at the jail. (We can’t do a bond without a co-signer.)
2. Bring cash for the bond to the jail. (Although we accept other methods of payment, cash seems to be the easiest and quickest way.)
3. For bonds at the EBCI Jail the price set by the Tribal bonding laws is 10%. (Please understand we have no control over this and we legally can’t accept less than the 10%)
