Folks often ask what my logo represents. Quite a few people have told me they get African-inspired vibes. That may be the case, but it wasn't the inspiration.
Simply put, I'd say I love trees and elephants and what they represent: strength, wisdom, and resilience.
I recently realized I should share the deeper story... one that I don't even think I fully recognized when I created it. But as I continue to cultivate this business, I'm realizing I had a vision and a direction that were even greater than I realized at the time.
The tree represents growth... but more specifically, regrowth. 🌳
Life has a way of stretching us. Sometimes we grow because we planned to. Other times we grow because we had to. Either way, the deepest growth usually isn't the part everyone can see... that's why the roots are visible.
They represent the years of learning, healing, reflecting, messing up, trying again, and choosing to keep growing. Those roots are what make the tree strong enough to weather whatever comes its way.
Then there's the elephant. 🐘
To me, the elephant represents strength and wisdom. A giant, mighty creature that can be both gentle and strong at the same time. (And if you know me, you know elephants are my favorite creatures!) ❤️
And one of my favorite subtle parts of the logo...
The tree provides a bit of shade for the elephant.
When we invest in our own growth, our self-awareness, our mindset, and our communication... we don't just change ourselves. We become a source of strength, stability, and support for others. Someone who offers steadiness. Someone people trust. (A little bit of shade and relief when life is feeling extra hot.)🌡️
That's the kind of leadership I believe in. That's the kind of leadership I bring to the spaces and people I partner with... in my own unique way. 😉🤓😎
