Happy Pride! 🌈
Pride is bigger than just a single month. We should ALL celebrate ourselves and one another every day! But this month gives us an opportunity to be louder in that celebration... to honor authenticity, visibility, resilience, and community. 🏳️‍🌈💫
It's also a reminder that we are not all moving through the world on equal footing. Not everyone has the same opportunities, privileges, protections, or sense of safety simply to be who they are.
When I say I'm an ally, it means something to me.
It means being a safe space. A judgment-free zone. A person who leads with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I don't care what your pronouns are, who you love, or how you present yourself to the world. I care that you're a good human.
At the heart of everything I do (personally and professionally) is a commitment to helping people feel seen, valued, supported, and empowered. That includes standing alongside communities that have been marginalized, excluded, or dehumanized.
This month, I'm being extra intentional and reflecting on the ways we can all do better: listen more, learn more, speak up more (especially when it feels uncomfortable, those are the moments that matter the most), and create spaces where people don't just belong... they can thrive!
Today and every day, I stand proudly in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community.

Why don't we ever talk about the reality of falling off? I think it's because we look at it as some kind of failure.
Falling off doesn’t = failure.
I once had a 50-day meditation streak. My longest ever. I was so proud!
And then? I fell off.
But here’s what didn’t happen…
I didn’t decide I wasn’t “that kind of person.”
I didn’t beat myself up.
I didn’t make it mean something dramatic about who I am.
I gave myself grace.
And I kept going, just differently.
I still meditate. Not every day. Not perfectly.
But consistently enough to know… I didn’t lose anything. I adjusted.
That’s where the real growth lives. 🌱
As I'm writing this I'm reminded of the time I literally fell off a horse. 😅
Terrified mid-air. Fully convinced I was about to get stepped on.
But the horse?
He just stood there. Calm. Waiting.
So I got back on.
And we galloped the rest of the trail like nothing even happened. 🐎
Falling off doesn’t disqualify you.
It doesn’t erase your progress.
It doesn’t mean you start from zero.
It just means… get back on.
And if you need a hand getting there...
you already know I got you. 💜

My niece is one of my biggest supporters! She legit understands what it is that I do as a consultant and although she was camera shy, she wanted to help with my marketing this weekend! The best part... those were her words, I didn't tell her what she should say.

Black history isn’t just something I study... It’s something I live.
As a Black woman entrepreneur, I don’t wait for permission to make history. I create it every day...
By choosing entrepreneurship.
By breaking generational curses.
By building something that didn’t exist before me.
By being visible, authentic, and rooted in purpose.
February is when the world pauses to officially recognize the brilliance, resilience, and contributions of Black Americans.
But for me, this work or responsibility doesn’t clock out on March 1st.
This month, I want to do something intentional.
