There are voices many some good and some negative it’s interesting how the negative voice always seem to resound louder in our heads rather than the positive. Although this may be we do have a choice to reframe that negative voice into positive energy that’s propels us rather than causing us to become stagnant. What will you do have a pity party or take that negativity and turn it into something positive.

If we approach a task with an “I can’t do it” or a “ I can’t understand it” mentality then we have already block our ability to attain said goal. Our attitude effects our mindset and our mindset effects our actions which equals our success or failure.

Be anxious for nothing. Are you anxious today? If your answer is no , I say awesome continue to walk in the peace you have . If your answer is yes , I say it’s ok like talk about let’s restore your peace. Anxiety can be caused by a number of different things; mental, physical, and spiritual. One of the many ways to deal with anxiety is to challenge the thoughts, actions, or attitudes that are triggering the anxiety:
Stop ( your current activity and breathe),
Reflect ( ie. triggering; Ask yourself do I have the power to change it at this present moment or over time ?),
Breathe( accepting your answer and focusing on managing your own perception of the trigger),
Go in peace ( in my acceptance that I can or cannot change/control this situation I choose to walk in peace)…….
