Most small business owners have huge goals they have set, but little to know idea of how to efficiently achieve them. Lofty goals can sometimes seem like a mental mess that's hard to sort out and put in step-by-step order. Some things get done, others don't and at the end of the timeline you've set, you realize only about half (ok, less than half) actually got completed. Even large corporations, when not properly equipped with people who have the right skill set, can ruin their best efforts at goal achievement. Using over 15 years of corporate project management and IT experience, Onix Partners can help you create the best laid plans to exceed your business' objectives. Onix Consulting Partners offer a wide range of service offerings that is sure to meet the needs of your business. If you already have a goal, we can help you create actionable steps to get there. If you don't know which goal your business should go after first, we can help with strategy development sessions to help you figure it out. Our plans are customized to your business' services/products because no two businesses are truly and exactly alike. We start by assessing your business core functions, your people and processes, using a SWOT analysis. From there, we create plans/templates and automated solutions that allow you to capitalize on your strengths, manage risks using your weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities (even when you're not aware they are there), and create defense for your threats. Whether it's a 1 year, 5 year (or longer) goal, we can show you how to get everything in place for your business' success. Our mission is to show you how to get to the goal you want to achieve for your business.
