Jasper Plastics, in Syracuse is in need of a large format digital printing operator trainee. It sounds intimidating, but just think of a giant (8 foot x 12 foot) ink jet printer.

We provide large format printed products to several industries and have the need to increase our production output because of several large and ongoing projects.

We are looking for an individual that is eager to learn how to operate a Canon Arizona Large format digital printer.

WE WILL TRAIN

This individual must have / be:

-Extremely detail and task oriented
-Self Starter
-Works well with a team and have a great attitude
-Able to perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks
-Ability to keep the printer and area clean
-Hard working and motivated
-Problem solver
-Can-do / will-do attitude
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to manage time
-Ability to prioritize workflow
-Flexibility

-Experience with current Windows environment (we will train you on the specific software that is used)

-Knowledge of Rips and Canon's ONYX Thrive software is a plus

-Experience operating a Canon Arizona Large Format Flatbed printer a plus

-8-hour days, 5 days a week with occasional Saturdays

-Pay based on experience. Health/401k and others
