Two of the most effective strategies I have adopted:

1. Stop comparing my strategies to others- I can learn, take notes/pointers, but ultimately, the when/how of ex*****on belongs to me...

2. Stepping out of my comfort zone and realizing that even though next steps can be huge, recognize & celebrate the small steps, they lead to the big ones…

Trauma Solutions is seeking donated, shared-use, or substantially reduced-rent space in Syracuse or Onondaga County to operate a trauma-responsive youth-development and violence-prevention program, serving an initial group of 25–50 young people through:
